What Does Shellco Construction Do?
We are a Structural Contractor. We build everything from the foundation through roof engineering. If it is design by a structural engineer, we will build it.
Do You Do Trusses?
Yes, we work with the best truss manufacturers in area to provide our clients with floor and roof trusses.
Do You Install Stucco?
No, we do not.
Do You Install Insulation?
No, we do not.
Do You Do Roofing?
No, however we will install roof trusses and roof sheathing. We do not dry-in or install roofing.
Do You Do Demolition?
We will perform selective structural demolition for additions or renovations in-house. Major demolition such as total tear downs we will subcontract.
Do You Provide Waterproofing?
No, we do not.
Do You Install Windows, Doors, or Trim?
No, we do not.
Do You Do Structural Steel?
Absolutely!
Do You Take Care of the Floor System?
Yes. We will install any floor system and will supply it for you if you would like.

We also have all the necessary materials, tools and equipment to get the job done. This includes in-house skid steer loaders (Bobcat), mini-excavators, boom forklifts, scaffold, pole shores, early entry concrete saws, and demolition equipment.
